“Phil and his team at Silbo are incredible. We have worked with them twice as part of a start-up and a growth course and we are so grateful that we did. We met them really early in our business journey and honestly without their push to a more precise and intuitive way of thinking I’m not sure we would be where we are today.”

“Phil assisted Ryder as an independent facilitator during a three-day architectural design sprint. His in depth experience was invaluable during both the preparation and conduct of the sprint, chiefly in ensuring the consultant design team understood and applied a hybrid sprint framework in a collaborative manner. “

“Just to say a massive thanks for putting together and delivering the fantastic ‘Mobile App Development’ workshop for us. The feedback from the delegates has been either ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’ across the board”
