About Me
Design as a discipline
I started off in the creative industries as a graphic designer, web designer and multi-media producer. I established my own agency Silbo Ltd in 2004 after completing a 6 year contract with British Airways as a creative lead.
I now operate in a very different space. Helping organisations to make use of their people and innate creativity and knowledge to create better versions of themselves.
Knowledge transfer
I feel that that my work ethic and ideas should stay with our clients and not walk out the door when I finish a project. As a result I have a commitment to knowledge transfer as a part of what I do.
I also feel that the fundamentals of creativity and design should be open and available to everyone regardless of sector or discipline.
Design Thinking and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for transformation and growth
I believe that everything starts with a question, this then leads to dialogue which in turn leads to the solution. I use a combination of design disciplines to not only help my clients address their needs but also gain clarification on what those needs actually are. In this way we help our clients solve problems and become more innovative in their approach.
